Two new Franchises in Calgary!
MCC Brings music to the Northeast!
CALGARY, AB. Aug 18, 2008 - We are pleased to announce that MCC has moved into the northeast of Calgary! Brothers Jaymz and Cryss Peech opened their new store on August 16th with a celebration that included live performances by local rockers Seventh Rain and The Matt Blais Connection as well as appearances by other local talent. Jaymz has been with the company for years and has over ten years of experience in the music industry and Cryss is happy to be finally doing what he loves, as an avid guitar player and musician he’s settling in very nicely. Finally North Calgary has a music store that can offer the service and personal care that MCC has grown famous for. Stop in and see them and the new store at 2020 32 Ave NE.
New ownership at the West Store!
CALGARY, AB. Nov 22, 2007 - The west Calgary location has undergone some serious changes this year. New owner Paul Newman has been hard at work rejuvenating the vibe at West Calgary’s coolest rock shop. With some new paint and TONS of new gear, he has succeeded in turning an already wicked shop into one of the best places to shop in the country! Come in and check out the changes to MCC West and be sure to ask about the best education program in the city.
Grande Prairie Now Open!
GRANDE PRAIRIE AB, Feb 1st 2008 - Music Centre Canada's newest franchise in Grande Prairie is now open! New Location Under Construction In Grande Prairie!
CALGARY AB, Dec 1st 2007 - Music Centre Canada's newest franchise owners Daryl and Kristi Bean are excited to announce the newest MCC location opening in Grande Prairie on February 1st, 2008. The grand opening will once again be a huge event with great deals and celebrity appearences. Grand Openings in Camrose and Spruce Grove
CALGARY AB, Nov 1st 2007 - 2 new Music Centre Canada locations celebrated their grand openings in the last couple of months, Camrose and Spruce Grove opened their doors with huge grand opening celebrations featuring grand opening sales and special appearences by recording artist George Canyon. The owners of the 2 new stores would like to thank everyone who participated to make the events successful.

2 New Music Centre Canada Stores Opening Soon!
CALGARY AB, July 1st 2007 - Music Centre Canada is pleased to welcome two new stores into the MCC family. Ground has already been broken on the newest location in Camrose Alberta, and owners Sharon & Kris Thomson have announced that they will be open for business early in August 2007.
The excitement continues over in Spruce Grove Alberta where owner Alan Boechler, will begin building his store on July 15th 2007. This Music Centre Canada location is slated to open on September 1st.

New Music Centre Canada Stores coming in 2007
CALGARY AB, January 1st 2007 - Music Centre Canada has just announced plans to launch 5 new MCC retail stores in Alberta in 2007. George Canyon Joins MCC team…
CALGARY AB, November 15th 2006 - Canadian country music superstar George Canyon has officially joined forces with Music Centre Canada Ltd. of Calgary. One of the main roles George will take on, will be to help promote the MCC brand and to be part of the actual grand opening ceremonies whenever possible. The relationship between George Canyon and Music Centre Canada has been developing over the past few years and together, they have achieved some significant milestones. MCC is thrilled to have George on board and extremely excited about the possibilities for the future.
